This course of 5 wraps removes a few centimeters from the waist and hips!
So, for wrapping, we need:
– food film;
– sea salt
– Olive oil (I have ozonated) (1 tbsp. L);
– 4-5 drops of orange oil.
Mix coffee and salt, leave for 5 minutes so that the salt can melt.
Then add oil. Stir.
Smear everything on problem areas.
That was enough for me on my legs and ass.
We hold 40–60 minutes (at this time we don’t drink, we don’t eat!) Wrapped in a warm and warm blanket.
